errata/322: 14.5, para. 2: "Figure 40" should be "Figure 39"

    In 14.5, para. 2 says,
    "Figure 40 illustrates a violation of this wired-output rule
     and a method of avoiding the rule violation."

    The paragraph is followed by Figure 39 and a discussion of
    Figure 39. Only later does Figure 40 appear and is discussed.

    The first reference to Figure 40, in para. 2, should be
    to Figure 39 instead.
