    A. In 3.9.2, para. 3, change the xref in
    "See Clause 17 for a discussion of system tasks that perform
    explicit conversion." to "17.8".

    B. In 6.2, para. 3, change "always, initial (see Clause 9)"
    to "always, initial (see 9.9)".

    C. In 17.2.4.3, format specification "z",
    change "Figure 27-8" to "Figure 179".

    D. Duplicates #271.

    E1. At the end of the first line of 2.8.2,
    "Syntax 2-4 -- Syntax 2-11" should be
    "Syntax 2-4 -- Syntax 2-9".

    E2. In 17.2.4.2, last line:
    "(see below)" should be "(see 17.2.7)".

    F. In 17.6.1-17.6.3, the 3 references to Table 79 should be
    to Table 81.

    G. In 22.8.2, end of para. 1, reference to Table 115 should
    be to Table 116.

    H. In 23.6, last para.,
    "acc_replace_delays" should be "acc_append_delays".

    I. In 23.18, para. 1,
    reference to Figure 84 should be to Figure 77.

    J. In 23.24, last para.,
    "acc_fetch_paramtype()" should be "acc_fetch_paramval()".

    K. In 23.33, para. 2,
    the reference to Figure 82 should be to Figure 93.

    L. Duplicates #185.
