    1. "or", when used as a keyword in a @(a or b) construct,
    should be bold.

    Fix non-bold cases in 9.7.4, 9.7.5, end of 9.7.7,
    and in 12.2.

    2. Also, there is an unneeded page break in the middle of
    9.7.7. Delete it.
