    The topic would be to close on what you are going to do and what he is
    going to do in order to build a 1364-2001 that has a table of
    contents, index, and visible text, and the other non material changes
    implemented.

    He appears quite open to your producing the PDF, but wants to speak
    first to make clear the parameters.
