    Andy,

    I'm sorry to say this, but I just took a closer look at the new version of the
    online PDF of 1364-2001 on IEL/IEEEXexplore, created from what we call 2001b.

    It's cut off at the end!!

    It only goes up to page 766, but the real document goes up to page 828!
