    The PLI 1.0 sections of the specification are now very far
    out of date with respect to the HDL sections. With new
    enhancements coming from Accellera and elsewhere, this will
    only get worse. I believe for the next major version of
    the 1364 specification we should remove the PLI 1.0 sections.
    Specifically, sections 21 through 25 and annexes E and F
    can be eliminated completely. Section 20 will need to be
    significantly modified. Other sections may need minor
    changes as well.
