    I took a closer look at the index generated from the 2001b document.
    Sigh. I should have anticipated that there are problems there.

    What I propose is that for the 2001c document, we solve only the major and
    easily spotted and fixed problems, and aiming for fixing all the problems for
    the 2005 document.

    In a couple of days, I will send the current version of the index, with a list
    of some of the problems and types of problems I have seen. I would like to
    request that everyone take a few minutes to look over it fast and send me their
    comments. Even a 15-minute review would be great.
