    We should systematically review the ballot comments we received on Draft 5 of
    1364-2001
    and the responses we made.

    The reason is that there have already been several cases of ballot comments that
    seem to have been ignored,
    some of which pointed out real errors and were not corrected.

    There have also been cases of problems which were pointed out at the time,
    rejected at that time by the Working Group, and since have come up again
    independently after the release of the standard.

    Finally, there have also been cases of responses to the ballot comments,
    involving agreed-on changes
    to the draft of the document, which were not implemented correctly.
