    "This clause describes a set of system tasks and functions that manage
    queues and generate random numbers with specific distributions."

    The part about generating random numbers is wrong because there are no
    such tasks in this section.

    PROPOSAL:

    DELETE the words "and generate random numbers with specific
    distributions."

    Also, since $q_full is a function, not a task, there should be no
    semicolon at the end of the line

    "$q_full (q_id, status) ;"

    PROPOSAL:

    Delete the semicolon at the end of the $q_full line.
