    Needs to change "Sytnax" to "Syntax" in Table 218 for the entry
    [ | 196 | 8.6 (Sytnax 8-2) | x | Deleted "[attribute_instance]". CB. ] at page 831 of IEEE P1364-2005/D3, 1/7/04.
