The chair directed everone's attention to
http://www.verilog.com/IEEEVerilog.html where a link to the IEEE
    policy was reviewed.

Review of the minutes of the last ETF meeting (August 23, 2004).
Shalom suggests that we add to the configurations list: 350, 514
Shalom suggests that we add to the order of operations: 35, 96, 344, 428
Shalom notes that 46 is a typo. It should be 486
Shalom moves that we accept the minutes of the meeting as modified. Stu
seconds. No opposed. No abstain. Passes.

Issue 627: Shalom moves that we accept the proposal. Brad seconds.
            No opposed. No abstain. Passes.

We discussed the possible projects for us to finish to create
a new version of the standard. We agreed that order of operations
was the most important thing for us to do.

We agree with the current understanding for the meaning of the evaluation. We also agree that reading the LRM may not come up with that meaning.

Due to lack of volunteers, we are not prepared to address the issues with evaluation order for this revision of the LRM. From this point until this revision of the LRM freezes, we will address issues for which individuals choose to make proposals rather than taking on large blocks of related errata.

Everybody moves that we adjourn at 10:33.
