    Stu,

    When you say strikeouts and change-bars, what are you referring to?
    That is, relative to what earlier version?
    I was not planning on strikeouts in 1364,
    and the change bars are relative to 1364-2001.

    Also, I'm not clear about whether the ballot drafts have to be without
    change bars. I don't remember.
