    The chair directed everyone's attention to
    http://www.verilog.com/IEEEVerilog.html where a link to the IEEE
    policy was reviewed.
                    
    Review of the minutes of the last ETF meeting (December 13, 2004).
    James moves that we accept the minutes. Mark seconds. No opposed. Passes.

    Issues:

    We reviewed the changes that Shalom has made for issue 639: may, shall, can edits. Stu moves that we accept those changes. Mark seconds. No opposed. No abstain. Passes.

    643: Shalom moves that we accept the proposal. Steven seconds. No opposed. No abstain. Passes.

    Shalom is concerned that we need proofreading on changes made in draft 5. Karen proposes to take the list of updated issues, and divvy them out to the ETF based upon original filer if possible, and rotation in the committee otherwise.

    We discussed the names to list as contributors to the 1364 ETF, and marked them with an @ sign above.

    Our next meeting is 1/24/2005.
