    I attach 3 PDF versions of the "Integer constants" subclause (old 2.5.1,
    new 3.5.1).

    The versions are:

    1. current
    2. after changes in this proposal
    3. composite comparison. Curiously, this version does not show the old/
    current version of Example 4, only the new version.
