    Hi Gang,
     
    There is still some issue with this proposal. We have limited time to
    resolve this, and here's where we stand:
     
    Steve's proposal (Config.pdf) faces stiff opposition (4-3 against).
    Cliff made a more modest proposal (Configs_v4.pdf) which has more
    consensus, but it's not unanimous. We have to solve this tomorrow
    (Tuesday) so that we can also get sv-bc approval since the BNF issues
    will affect them as well. Assuming we can resolve it in 1364, and sv-bc
    approves the BNF changes in an overnight email vote, then this will be
    submitted to the SV-Champions for consideration at their Wednesday
    meeting.
