    Hello Everyone,

    I would like to point out that *all* of the discussion on this topic
    is taking place on an email list that does not include the group
    to which the proposal was sent. I sent the mail to this group to let
    you know that the proposal was being sent to the BTF because the BTF
    is responsible for the LRM where the net type semantics are defined,
    and the BC already has plenty to do.

    If you disagree that Verilog built-in net types are a BTF issue then
    please speak up, but otherwise can you please direct your discussion
    to the BTF? And for what it's worth, the actual proposal covers some
    of the issues that are being raised.

    I apologize for causing this confusion with my first mail.
