    The document includes changes for section 5.8.1, then changes for the
    new section 5.8.1 after erratum 254 (with some wrap problems in my mailer),
    then another copy of the changes for section 5.8.1. I don't know if
    you intended to have both the changes needed for the original and new
    sections, but I am pretty sure you didn't intend to have the changes
    for the original section twice.
