    I think this is not true. The first section is titled:

    NEW SECTION 5.8.1, Matching types, approved for erratum 254 --

    I think the old section 5.8.1 (now 5.8.2) is very similar to the new
    section 5.81, so the changes look identical, but they really are
    changes to different sections.
