    Brad's data_types_on_nets_BNF_3.htm looks good to me, though I only read
    over it lightly.

    Kathy's text looks fine to me, if amended with an added example for
    defaulting "logic" in a vector declaration.

    However, I think we would need more words in section 18 on module ports.
    Currently it has rules about when no net type or data type is specified,
    you get a wire. Those need to be changed to say when no net type or
    data type or keyword "var" is specified, you get a wire. Or we need
    a term like "object kind" that includes the net type keywords and "var",
    so it can say when no object kind or data type is specified, you get
    a wire.
