    1) Approve the agenda

    2) Review of patent policy

        http://standards.ieee.org/board/pat/pat-slideset.ppt

    2) Review of minutes

    3) Draft status and review process/schedule

    4) Discussion of current review issues

       Tentative resolutions are included below.

       a) Reference to trademark "Verilog-XL"

+ editorial resolution, replace "existing Verilog-XL" with
            "historical"

       b) Should identifiers include escaped identifiers

+ simple identifiers for now, defer escaped names for future
            standard

       c) Confusing reference to viewport in Annex example

+ remove from example, it is not substantive to to point of the
            flow example

       d) Conflicting statements about application of encryption
transformations outside of the encryption envelope (begin/end
          region)

+ Add an "unless otherwise specified" qualifier on the assertion
that "text outside the encryption envelope is not modified".

       e) Conflicting text where 'end' pragma expression is associated
with the most recent unclosed 'begin' pragma expression, but
28.3.1.2 says that nesting is illegal.

       f) Is Encryption optional or not? See text saying "Verilog tools
          THAT provide encryption services".

+ Need to address support for encryption services in the
simulator and also as a separate non-simulation tool. Perhaps
distiguishing requirements for encryption vs decryption.

       g) Typo "`pragma reset protected"

+ editorial resolution, replace "protected" with "protect"

       h) Do we need line-wrapping text to ease formatting of the example
          and for user convenience.

+ appropriate text can be copied from `define if needed

       i) example is missing required "feature" argument

+ Steven to update example for Shalom

       j) association of comma with optional args in the license pragma
          expressions

+ editorial resolution, use leading comma for each optional arg
rather than trailing comma on the preceding arg

    4) Other business

    5) Action Item assignments

    6) Adjourn
