Hi, Alex & all -
I don't know all the DASC rules but could I ask what exactly is being
questioned?
Are the challenges related only to 1076 WGs or is there a question of the
1364 WG?
Also, a question about Alex' final point.

Since the DASC meeting was announced well in advance, shouldn't the DASC
chair be entitled to typical DASC-Chair travel spending, whether or not
there is quorum? It does not seem to be the DASC chair's fault whether or
not quorum is met and I don't think we want to be in the position of
waiting until the last minute to confirm quorum attendance before
purchasing the DASC Chair's airline ticket. Seems like we would want the
DASC Chair to choose an economical time to purchase said ticket.
Regards - Cliff
