Charles,
It might look intelligent sometimes, but it is just simple software
that expects certain strings on the subject line to tell it what
to do (Kinda dumb really).
For email that should go into the database:
1) Just reply to someone else's email that started an issue. That
should give the correct email and subject.
2) If you add it by hand, make sure you have "category/issue#:", such
as "ptf/286:" at the very beginning of the line.
The best way to add proposals is to use the "propose" button on
http://boydtechinc.com/btf/database.shtml This will add the proposal
to the issue, and change the state to proposal.
