    The following should be corrected, or at least reflected, in the minutes...

    1) The date should be July 12, 2004, rather than July 13, 2004. That is,
    unless these minutes are for a future meeting, in which case I still have a
    chance of joining in on the conference call :)

    2) The minutes should reflect that I "have" resigned as co-chair of the PTF,
    rather than "wants to" resign. The 1364-WG needs to take the action of
    appointing a new chair. Making Charles Dawson full chair instead of
    co-chair would be the logical choice. My reason for stepping down as
    co-chair is primarily due to the fact that I have not been able to meet the
    time commitments required for so many standards meetings with various 1364,
    Accellera and now P1800 committees and subcommittees. I make as many of the
    meetings as I can, and will still continue to participate on the PTF and
    many other committees. For over year now, Charles has really been keeping
    the PTF running, and deserves the recognition of being the full chair.
