errata/605: describe better which condifion trigger action callbacks

    In section 27.33.3 the description of the action callback cbEndOfSimulation only states : end of simulation (e.g, $finish system task executed).
    It is unclear if simulation which ends because there is no
    more events will also cause an end of simulation callback.
    I propose that we also state that normal end of simulation would trigger the callback.
